Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1026","heading":"Insurance disclosures to drivers","body":"The transportation network company shall disclose in writing to\n\nTNC drivers the following before they are allowed to accept a\n\nrequest for a prearranged ride on the TNC's digital network:\n\n1. The insurance coverage, including the types of coverage and\n\nthe limits for each coverage, that the TNC provides while the TNC\n\ndriver uses a personal vehicle in connection with a TNC's digital\n\nnetwork; and\n\n2.
