Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1029","heading":"Disclosure of passenger information","body":"Transportation network companies shall not disclose a\n\npassenger's personally identifiable information to a third party\n\nunless:\n\n1. The passenger consents;\n\n2. Disclosure is required by a legal obligation; or\n\n3. Disclosure is required to protect or defend the terms of use\n\nof the service or to investigate violations of those terms.\n\nIn addition, a TNC shall be permitted to share a passenger's\n\nname and telephone number with the TNC driver providing prearranged\n\nrides to such passenger only to facilitate correct identification of\n\nthe passenger by the TNC driver, or to facilitate communication\n\nbetween the passenger and the driver regarding prearranged rides.\n\nTNCs shall prohibit the use by TNC drivers of a passenger's name,\n\ntelephone number, or other personal information for any purpose\n\nother than those listed in this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"15db1a15fe04c2a502c1b33c43bcf40aded5160ea11feb7358477e4a7fa6bee9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1028","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
