Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1056","heading":"Vehicle use records","body":"A peer-to-peer car sharing program shall collect and verify\n\nrecords pertaining to the use of a vehicle, including, but not\n\nlimited to, times used, car sharing period pickup and drop off\n\nlocations, fees paid by the shared vehicle driver and revenues\n\nreceived by the shared vehicle owner, and provide that information\n\nupon request to the shared vehicle owner, the shared vehicle owner's\n\ninsurer or the shared vehicle driver's insurer to facilitate a claim\n\ncoverage investigation, settlement, negotiation or litigation.
