Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1060","heading":"Agreement disclosures","body":"Each car sharing program agreement made in this state shall\n\ndisclose to the shared vehicle owner and the shared vehicle driver:\n\n1. Any right of the peer-to-peer car sharing program to seek\n\nindemnification from the shared vehicle owner or the shared vehicle\n\ndriver for economic loss sustained by the peer-to-peer car sharing\n\nprogram resulting from a breach of the terms and conditions of the\n\ncar sharing program agreement;\n\n2. That a motor vehicle liability insurance policy issued to\n\nthe shared vehicle owner for the shared vehicle, or to the shared\n\nvehicle driver, does not provide a defense or indemnification for\n\nany claim asserted by the peer-to-peer car sharing program;\n\n3. That the peer-to-peer car sharing program's insurance\n\ncoverage on the shared vehicle owner and the shared vehicle driver\n\nis in effect only during each car sharing period and that, for any\n\nuse of the shared vehicle by the shared vehicle driver after the car\n\nsharing termination time, the shared vehicle driver and the shared\n\nvehicle owner may not have insurance coverage;\n\n4. The daily rate, fees and, if applicable, any insurance or\n\nprotection package costs that are charged to the shared vehicle\n\nowner or the shared vehicle driver;\n\n5. That the shared vehicle owner's motor vehicle liability\n\ninsurance may not provide coverage for a shared vehicle;\n\n6. An emergency telephone number to personnel capable of\n\nfielding roadside assistance and other customer service inquiries;\n\nand\n\n7.
