A peer-to-peer car sharing program may not enter into a\n\npeer-to-peer car sharing program agreement with a driver unless the\n\ndriver who will operate the shared vehicle:\n\n1. Holds a driver license issued under Section 6-101 et seq. of\n\nTitle 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes that authorizes the driver to\n\noperate vehicles of the class of the shared vehicle;\n\n2. Is a nonresident who:\n\na. has a driver license issued by the state or country of\n\nthe driver's residence that authorizes the driver in\n\nthat state or country to drive vehicles of the class\n\nof the shared vehicle, and\n\nb. is at least the same age as that required of a\n\nresident to drive; or\n\n3. Otherwise is specifically authorized by Section 6-101 et\n\nseq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes to drive vehicles of the\n\nclass of the shared vehicle.\n\nB. A peer-to-peer car sharing program shall keep a record of:\n\n1. The name and address of the shared vehicle driver;\n\n2. The number of the driver license of the shared vehicle\n\ndriver and each other person, if any, who will operate the shared\n\nvehicle; and\n\n3.
