Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1062","heading":"Responsibility for special equipment added to vehicles","body":"\n\nA peer-to-peer car sharing program shall have sole\n\nresponsibility for any equipment, such as a Global Positioning\n\nSystem or other special equipment, that is put in or on the vehicle\n\nto monitor or facilitate the car sharing transaction, and shall\n\nagree to indemnify and hold harmless the vehicle owner for any\n\ndamage to or theft of such equipment during the sharing period not\n\ncaused by the vehicle owner.
