Prior to permitting an individual to act as a courier\n\napplication service driver on its digital network, the courier\n\napplication service shall require the individual to submit to the\n\nCAS information regarding his or her address, age, driver license\n\nand other information required by the CAS.\n\nB. A CAS shall not knowingly permit an individual to act as a\n\nCAS driver on its digital network who:\n\n1. Does not possess a valid driver license;\n\n2. Does not possess current proof of motor vehicle registration\n\nfor the motor vehicles used to provide courier services; and\n\n3. Is not at least eighteen (18) years of age.\n\nC.
