Except as otherwise provided in this section, every vehicle\n\nstopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs\n\nshall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such\n\nvehicle parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-\n\nhand curb.\n\nB. Local authorities may by ordinance permit parking of vehicle\n\nwith the left-hand wheels adjacent to and within eighteen (18)\n\ninches of the left-hand curb of a one-way roadway.\n\nC. Local authorities may by ordinance permit angle parking on\n\nany roadway, except that angle parking shall not be permitted on any\n\nfederal-aid or state highway unless the Department of Highways has\n\ndetermined that the roadway is of sufficient width to permit angle\n\nparking without interfering with the free movement of traffic.\n\nD. The Oklahoma Department of Highways with respect to highways\n\nunder its jurisdiction may place signs prohibiting or restricting\n\nthe stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on any highway where\n\nsuch stopping, standing or parking is dangerous to those using the\n\nhighway or where the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles would\n\nunduly interfere with the free movement of traffic thereon. Such\n\nsigns shall be official signs and no person shall stop, stand or\n\npark any vehicle in violation of the restrictions stated on such\n\nsigns.\n\nE.
