The Department of Transportation in coordination with the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety shall have the authority to erect and\n\nmaintain signs reserving, restricting or regulating the placing,\n\nstopping, standing or parking of vehicles within the boundaries of\n\nthe following:\n\n1. State Capitol Park; and\n\n2. State Capitol Complex in Tulsa.\n\nB.
