Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-107","heading":"Military convoys exempt from municipal traffic","body":"regulation - Right of way - Exceptions.\n\nThe military forces of the United States and organizations of\n\nthe National Guard, performing any military duty, shall not be\n\nrestricted by municipal traffic regulations, and shall have the\n\nright of way on any street or highway through which they may pass\n\nagainst all, except carriers of the United States mail, fire\n\nengines, ambulances and police vehicles in the necessary discharge\n\nof their respective duties.
