Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-1104","heading":"Obstruction to driver's view or control - Overloading","body":"school bus.\n\n(a) No person shall drive a vehicle when it is so loaded, or\n\nwhen there are in the front seat such a number of persons, exceeding\n\nthree, as to obstruct the view of the driver to the front or sides\n\nof the vehicle or as to interfere with the driver's control over the\n\ndriving mechanism of the vehicle.\n\n(b) No passenger in a vehicle shall ride in such position as to\n\ninterfere with the driver's view ahead or to the sides or to\n\ninterfere with his control over the driving mechanism of the\n\nvehicle.\n\n(c) No school bus shall be operated on the streets or highways\n\nin this state when loaded with passengers in excess of the number\n\nfor which such bus is designed to carry.
