No person shall throw or deposit upon any highway any glass\n\nbottle, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans or any other substances\n\nlikely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such highway.\n\nB. Any person who drops, or permits to be dropped or thrown,\n\nupon any highway any destructive or injurious material shall\n\nimmediately remove the same or cause it to be removed.\n\n1. Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a\n\nhighway, highway right-of-way or any other location as the result of\n\nan accident shall remove any glass or other injurious substance\n\ndropped upon the highway or highway right-of-way or other location\n\nfrom such vehicle. The owner or insurer of the owner of the vehicle\n\nif the owner's insurance policy provides coverage for such expense,\n\nshall be responsible for the cost of removal of the vehicle and the\n\nglass or other injurious substance and any vehicle storage fees.\n\nThe cost of the removal of the vehicle and any storage fees shall be\n\nthe same as established by the Corporation Commission for\n\nnonconsensual tows.\n\n2. Truck-tractors carrying cargo on the roadways of this state\n\nshall maintain a commercial auto, farm and ranch, inland marine or\n\ncargo liability insurance policy that covers the costs of cleanup of\n\nany substance that is spilled or otherwise deposited on the roadway\n\nor right-of-way in violation of this section.\n\nC.
