It is a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not less\n\nthan One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00)\n\nfor any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act\n\nrequired in this article. A conviction for the violation of any\n\noffense in this article shall not be recorded on the driving record\n\nof the person.\n\nB. The parent or legal guardian of any child or the guardian of\n\nany ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any child or ward\n\nto violate any of the provisions of this article.\n\nC.
