It shall be unlawful for any person to enter that part of a\n\nturnpike enclosed by fence except in a vehicle at authorized\n\nentrances.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to fail\n\nto pay the toll as prescribed by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.\n\nC. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle on\n\na turnpike with knowledge that the registered owner of the vehicle\n\nis liable for any outstanding toll evasion violations issued\n\npursuant to paragraph 7 of subsection B of Section 11-1401.2 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nD. It shall be unlawful for any person to cross a turnpike\n\nexcept at grade separations provided for cross traffic or through\n\ndrainage structures under the turnpike.\n\nE. It shall be unlawful for any person to travel a turnpike on\n\nfoot except to leave or service a disabled vehicle, or for any\n\nperson to hitchhike on a turnpike.\n\nF. It shall be unlawful for any person to tear down, damage or\n\nremove any turnpike fence.\n\nG. It shall be unlawful to drive, operate or ride any bicycle\n\nor other man-powered vehicle or means of transportation on a\n\nturnpike. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority may prohibit any light,\n\nmechanically powered vehicle from entering the turnpike, or any\n\nother vehicle it determines would be injurious to the turnpike\n\nsurfacing or would be a traffic hazard.\n\nH. When any section of highway has been closed to traffic by\n\nthe Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and traffic-control devices or\n\nbarricades have been erected, it shall be unlawful for any person to\n\ndrive any vehicle through, under, over, or around the traffic-\n\ncontrol devices or barricades, or otherwise to enter the closed\n\narea.\n\nI. Subsections A through H of this section shall not apply to:\n\n1. Officers, employees, agents or contractors of the Oklahoma\n\nTurnpike Authority in performance of their duties;\n\n2. Commissioned officers of the Department of Public Safety;\n\n3. Emergency vehicle operators at the request of the Department\n\nof Public Safety; or\n\n4. Agents, employees or contractors of public utilities while\n\nactually engaged in work in furtherance of construction, maintenance\n\nor repair of such public utilities located on, above or below a\n\nturnpike.\n\nJ. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle, except:\n\n1. Authorized emergency vehicles;\n\n2. Vehicles owned by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, its\n\nagents or contractors;\n\n3. Vehicles owned by public utilities, their agents, employees\n\nor contractors, while actually engaged in construction, maintenance\n\nor repair of such public utilities; and\n\n4. Wrecker vehicles while performing services at the request of\n\nthe Department of Public Safety,\n\nto cross the center dividing strip of a turnpike, or to travel on\n\nany lane of a turnpike in a direction contrary to the direction of\n\ntraffic on such lane.\n\nK. All vehicles traveling on a turnpike shall comply at all\n\ntimes with signs placed on the turnpike regulating traffic thereon.\n\nL. No vehicle shall move from one lane to another unless the\n\nway is clear to do so and upon proper signaling.\n\nM.
