Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-1403","heading":"Agreements as to law enforcement - Equipment - Charges","body":"- Payments - Funds.\n\nThe Commissioner of Public Safety and the Oklahoma Turnpike\n\nAuthority are hereby authorized to enter into contracts and\n\nagreements for law enforcement on turnpikes. The Department of\n\nPublic Safety is authorized to use any of its automotive and other\n\nequipment in policing turnpikes, and to charge the Authority for the\n\nuse thereon on a rental basis to be agreed to by the Department and\n\nthe Authority, and to perform such services in connection with\n\npolicing turnpikes with its general personnel and equipment at such\n\nrates, salaries, expenses, and miscellaneous costs as may be agreed\n\nto by the Department and the Authority. It is the intent of this\n\nsection that rental rates and other costs of policing turnpikes\n\nshall be determined on an average actual cost basis, and in\n\naccordance with salaries and expenses paid by the Department of\n\nPublic Safety in its regular operations. Payments shall be made by\n\nthe Authority monthly and shall be remitted to the Department of\n\nPublic Safety to be credited to the Department of Public Safety\n\nRestricted Revolving Fund in the State Treasury.
