Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-306","heading":"Further limitations on driving to left of center of","body":"roadway.\n\n(a) No vehicle shall be driven on the left side of the roadway\n\nunder the following conditions:\n\n1. When approaching or upon the crest of a grade or a curve in\n\nthe highway where the driver's view is obstructed within such\n\ndistance as to create a hazard in the event another vehicle might\n\napproach from the opposite direction;\n\n2. When approaching within one hundred (100) feet of or\n\ntraversing any intersection or railroad grade crossing unless\n\notherwise indicated by official traffic control devices;\n\n3.
