Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-313","heading":"Restrictions on use of controlled-access roadway","body":"The Department of Transportation, the Oklahoma Transportation\n\nAuthority, or local authorities may, with respect to any controlled-\n\naccess roadway under their respective jurisdictions, prohibit the\n\nuse of any such roadway by pedestrians, bicycles or other non-\n\nmotorized traffic or by any person operating a motor-driven cycle.\n\nThe Department of Transportation, the Oklahoma Transportation\n\nAuthority, or local authorities adopting any such prohibitory\n\nregulations shall erect and maintain official signs on the\n\ncontrolled-access roadway on which such regulations are applicable\n\nand when so erected no person shall disobey the restrictions stated\n\non such signs.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6371636629adf296d96000aea27a3e890e4e211fbd7e2f25333942b0c1855a84","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-11-312","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-11-314"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
