Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-315.1","heading":"Overtaking a vehicle being used in the collection or","body":"refuse, solid waste or recyclables.\n\nThe driver of a motor vehicle, upon approaching a vehicle being\n\nused in the collection of refuse, solid waste or recyclables\n\ndisplaying side marker lamps which flash in conjunction with turn\n\nsignal lamps or vehicle hazard warning lamps pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 12-227 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nshall:\n\n1. If traveling on a highway that consists of two or more lanes\n\nthat carry traffic in the same direction of travel as that of the\n\ndriver, proceed with due caution and shall, if possible and with due\n\nregard to the road, weather and traffic conditions, change lanes\n\ninto a lane that is not adjacent to the vehicle being used in the\n\ncollection of refuse, solid waste or recyclables; or if the driver\n\nis not able to change lanes or if to do so would be unsafe, the\n\ndriver shall proceed with due caution and reduce the speed of the\n\nmotor vehicle to a safe speed for the existing road, weather and\n\ntraffic conditions; and\n\n2.
