Whether a stop sign or yield sign is present, visible or\n\nnot, the driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way and shall\n\nnot proceed until it is safe to do so, when the driver is:\n\n1. On a county road upon approaching an intersection with a\n\nstate or federal highway;\n\n2. On a private drive or any road not maintained by the county\n\nor state upon approaching an intersection with a state or federal\n\nhighway or a county road;\n\n3. On an unpaved county road upon approaching an intersection\n\nwith a paved county road; or\n\n4. On a county road, which ends at, merges with, or does not\n\notherwise continue directly across an intersecting through county\n\nroad, upon approaching the intersection with the through county\n\nroad.\n\nFor purposes of this subsection, \"paved road\" means a road\n\nimproved with a surface of concrete, asphalt, or what is commonly\n\nreferred to as oil and chip, and \"unpaved road\" means all other\n\nroads.\n\nB. When two vehicles enter or approach an intersection from\n\ndifferent highways at approximately the same time, except as\n\nprovided in subsection A of this section, the driver of the vehicle\n\non the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the\n\nright.\n\nC.
