All unencumbered balances contained in the Motorcycle Safety\n\nand Drunk Driving Awareness Fund as of April 30, 2007, shall be\n\ndeposited to the credit of the Department of Public Safety Revolving\n\nFund of the State Treasury. The Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall be authorized to transfer\n\nthe unencumbered balance described by this subsection to the\n\nDepartment of Public Safety Revolving Fund.\n\nB. Any unexpended balance contained in the Motorcycle Safety\n\nand Drunk Driving Awareness Fund as of April 30, 2007, shall be\n\ntransferred and deposited to the credit of the Department of Public\n\nSafety Revolving Fund of the State Treasury.
