No person shall operate any motorcycle at a speed greater\n\nthan the legally posted speed limit; provided, in no event nor at\n\nany time shall an operator under the age of sixteen (16) years drive\n\na motorcycle on a highway which has a minimum speed limit\n\nestablished and posted.\n\nB. No person shall operate any motor-driven cycle at a speed\n\ngreater than the legally posted speed limit; provided, in no event\n\nnor at any time shall any operator drive a motor-driven cycle at a\n\nspeed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.\n\nC. No person shall operate a motorized scooter at a speed\n\ngreater than the legally posted speed limit; provided, in no event\n\nnor at any time shall any operator drive a motorized scooter:\n\n1. At a speed greater than twenty-five (25) miles per hour; and\n\n2.
