No person shall operate any low-speed electrical vehicle on\n\nany street or highway with a posted speed limit greater than thirty-\n\nfive (35) miles per hour.\n\nB. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not\n\nprohibit a low-speed vehicle from crossing a street or highway with\n\na posted speed limit greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.\n\nC. This section shall not prevent a city from adopting any\n\nordinance that would further restrict low-speed electrical vehicles\n\nfrom operating on certain city-owned streets in order to ensure the\n\npublic health and safety.\n\nD.
