Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-806.1","heading":"Reduced speed limit at certain times in school zone","body":"Where any portion of a road, street, or highway is a properly\n\nmarked school zone, as indicated with appropriate warning signs\n\nplaced in accordance with the latest edition of the Manual on\n\nUniform Traffic Control Devices, and a reduced speed limit as\n\nproperly posted, shall be in effect during certain times due to the\n\npresence or potential presence of school children, no person shall\n\ndrive any vehicle upon that portion of the highway which is the\n\nschool zone in excess of the reduced speed limit so posted when the\n\nreduced speed limit is in effect.
