As used in this section:\n\n1. \"Jammer\" means any instrument, device, or equipment designed\n\nor intended for use with a vehicle or otherwise to jam or interfere\n\nwith in any manner a speed measuring device operated by a law\n\nenforcement officer in the vicinity; and\n\n2. \"Speed measuring device\" shall include, but is not limited\n\nto, devices commonly known as radar speed meters or laser speed\n\nmeters.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or possess a\n\njammer.\n\nC. It shall be unlawful to manufacture, advertise or offer for\n\nsale, sell or otherwise distribute any jammer in this state.\n\nD.
