Except when the person is the holder of a commercial driver\n\nlicense and commits the offense while operating any vehicle or when\n\nthe person who commits the offense is operating a commercial motor\n\nvehicle, the Department of Public Safety shall not report or assess\n\npoints to the driving record of any person, as maintained by Service\n\nOklahoma, for a conviction of exceeding the speed limit by at least\n\none (1) mile per hour but not more than ten (10) miles per hour.\n\nB. Except when the person is the holder of a commercial driver\n\nlicense committing the offense while operating any vehicle or when\n\nthe person committing the offense is operating a commercial motor\n\nvehicle, the Department of Public Safety shall not record or assess\n\npoints for convictions for traffic offenses on the driving record of\n\nany person as maintained by Service Oklahoma, where such conviction\n\nis for exceeding the speed limit prescribed in this title, but not\n\nexceeding the speed limit previously in force where the violation\n\noccurred.\n\nC.
