No person shall knowingly authorize or permit a motor\n\nvehicle owned or under the control of that person which is not\n\nequipped with an ignition interlock device to be driven upon any\n\nstreet or highway of this state by any person who is required to\n\nhave an ignition interlock device installed upon the vehicle of that\n\nperson.\n\nB. No person shall willfully attempt to interfere in any way\n\nwith the intended and proper functioning of an ignition interlock\n\ndevice installed in a vehicle as required by law, or intentionally\n\nfail to return an ignition interlock device when it is no longer\n\nrequired in the vehicle or upon request by the owner of the device.\n\nC. No person granted permission to drive a motor vehicle on the\n\ncondition of installation of an ignition interlock device shall\n\ndrive any vehicle that is not equipped with an ignition interlock\n\ndevice unless driving a vehicle of an employer in accordance with\n\nsubsection A of Section 6-212.3 of this title.\n\nD.
