Stat. tit. 47, § 47-11-902d","heading":"Impaired driver database - Oklahoma Impaired Driver","body":"Database Revolving Fund.\n\nA. The Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety is\n\nhereby authorized to oversee the creation, development and\n\nimplementation of a statewide impaired driver database with\n\nassistance from the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nsubject to fiscal limitations and the availability of federal funds.\n\nB. In any case in which a person is arrested for driving under\n\nthe influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance, an\n\nimpaired driver arrest report shall be completed by the law\n\nenforcement officer that made the arrest and shall be entered into\n\nthe impaired driver database. The Commissioner shall prescribe the\n\nform and format of the impaired driver arrest report.\n\nC. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Public Safety to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Impaired Driver Database Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Department for the exclusive\n\npurpose of implementing, developing, administering and maintaining\n\nan impaired driver database.
