Any person who, while operating a vehicle in this state\n\nwithout a valid driver license for the class of vehicle being\n\noperated, or while knowingly disqualified to operate a motor vehicle\n\nin this state, or while such person knows or should have known that\n\nhis or her driver license is canceled, denied, suspended or revoked,\n\ncauses an accident which results in personal injury to any other\n\nperson, may be charged with a violation of the provisions of this\n\nsubsection. Any person who is convicted of a violation of the\n\nprovisions of this subsection shall be deemed guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a term\n\nnot more than one (1) year, or by a fine in an amount not exceeding\n\nTwo Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or by both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB. 1. Any person who, while operating a vehicle in this state\n\nwithout a valid driver license for the class of vehicle being\n\noperated, or while knowingly disqualified to operate a motor vehicle\n\nin this state, or while such person knows or should have known that\n\nhis or her driver license is canceled, denied, suspended or revoked,\n\ncauses an accident resulting in great bodily injury to any other\n\nperson, may be charged with a violation of the provisions of this\n\nsubsection. Any person who is convicted of a violation of the\n\nprovisions of this subsection shall be deemed guilty of a Class C2\n\nfelony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, or by a fine in an amount not exceeding Three Thousand\n\nDollars ($3,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\n2. As used in this subsection, “great bodily injury” means\n\nbodily injury which creates a substantial risk of death or which\n\ncauses serious, permanent disfigurement or protracted loss or\n\nimpairment of the function of any bodily member or organ.\n\nC. Any person who, while operating a vehicle in this state\n\nwithout a valid driver license for the class of vehicle being\n\noperated, or while knowingly disqualified to operate a motor vehicle\n\nin this state, or while such person knows or should have known that\n\nhis or her driver license is canceled, denied, suspended or revoked,\n\ncauses an accident resulting in the death of any other person, may\n\nbe charged with a violation of the provisions of this subsection.\n\nAny person who is convicted of a violation of the provisions of this\n\nsubsection shall be deemed guilty of a Class B4 felony offense\n\npunishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of\n\nCorrections for a term not more than five (5) years, or by a fine in\n\nan amount not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment.\n\nD.
