The State Department of Education shall develop and\n\nadminister appropriate driver education programs to be conducted in\n\nall of the schools of this state to increase awareness of the\n\ndangers of drinking and driving.\n\nB. 1. In order to provide education and instruction to all\n\napplicants for an original Oklahoma driver license, the Oklahoma\n\nDriver's Manual, published and distributed by Service Oklahoma\n\npursuant to Section 2-114 of this title, shall contain accurate\n\ninformation on:\n\na. the hazards of driving while under the influence of\n\nalcohol or other intoxicating substances, and\n\nb. the legal and financial consequences resulting from\n\nviolations of this state's laws prohibiting the\n\noperation or actual physical control of a motor\n\nvehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other\n\nintoxicating substances.\n\n2.
