The fee authorized by Section 1135.5 of this title shall be\n\ndeposited by Service Oklahoma to the Animal Friendly Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nto be designated the “Animal Friendly Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Department pursuant\n\nto the provisions of subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry for the purpose of contracting with or providing\n\ngrants to organizations of veterinary clinics that develop and\n\noperate programs that provide dog or cat spaying and neutering\n\nservices and nonprofit organizations that provide shelter to\n\nunwanted stray dogs and cats. Such organizations may apply to the\n\nDepartment for grants to be paid from the fund.
