Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for the Patriot License Plate shall be\n\ndeposited by Service Oklahoma in the Patriot License Plate Revolving\n\nFund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Military Department of Oklahoma to be designated the\n\n“Patriot License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Military Department of\n\nOklahoma pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this section.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Military\n\nDepartment of Oklahoma for any deployment-related purpose for\n\nmembers of the Oklahoma National Guard or the production of\n\nhistorical documents, displays, videos, and books that capture the\n\nNational Guard’s involvement in overseas deployments and domestic\n\noperations within the United States for members of the Oklahoma\n\nNational Guard, Oklahoma public school libraries, and civic leaders,\n\nas determined by the Adjutant General.
