Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for the Oklahoma Quarter Horse License Plate\n\nshall be deposited by Service Oklahoma in the Oklahoma Quarter Horse\n\nRevolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission to be designated the\n\n“Oklahoma Quarter Horse Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Horse Racing\n\nCommission pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this\n\nsection. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Horse\n\nRacing Commission for the support of any statewide organization\n\ndedicated to promoting the American Quarter Horse in Oklahoma\n\nthrough sharing information, events, and activities for the amateur,\n\nyouth, and professional horsemen.
