Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Oklahoma City Zoo license plates shall be\n\ndeposited by Service Oklahoma to the Oklahoma Zoological Society\n\nRevolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Wildlife Conservation to be designated\n\nthe “Oklahoma Zoological Society Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Department of Wildlife\n\nConservation pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this\n\nsection. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nWildlife Conservation for grants to the Oklahoma Zoological Society\n\nfor the purpose of contributing to an understanding and preservation\n\nof the earth’s natural resources through positive recreational and\n\neducational experiences and conducting and participating in\n\nscientifically-based conservation programs that benefit animal and\n\nplant communities.
