Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for the Oklahoma March of Dimes license plate\n\nshall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Oklahoma Prevent Birth\n\nDefects, Premature Birth and Infant Mortality Fund established in\n\nsubsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund to be designated the “Oklahoma Prevent Birth Defects, Premature\n\nBirth and Infant Mortality Fund” and administered by the State\n\nDepartment of Health. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all the\n\nmonies received by the State Department of Health pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1135.5 of this title. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the State Department of Health at the beginning of each\n\nfiscal year for the purpose of providing grants to the Oklahoma\n\nChapter of March of Dimes for purposes of preventing birth defects,\n\npremature birth and infant mortality.
