Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.15","heading":"Oklahoma Association for the Deaf License Plate","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for the Oklahoma Association for the Deaf\n\nLicense Plate shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma in the Oklahoma\n\nAssociation for the Deaf License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nsubsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Rehabilitation Services to be designated\n\nthe “Oklahoma Association for the Deaf License Plate Revolving\n\nFund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nDepartment of Rehabilitation Services pursuant to the provisions of\n\nsubsection A of this section. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nthe fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nthe Department of Rehabilitation Services to promote the interests\n\nof the deaf and to advance the social, educational, cultural, and\n\neconomic well being of the deaf.
