Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.17","heading":"Prevent Blindness Oklahoma License Plate Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Prevent Blindness Oklahoma license plates\n\nshall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Prevent Blindness\n\nOklahoma License Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B of\n\nthis section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Prevent Blindness Oklahoma License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nHealth pursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health for the\n\npurpose of providing grants to nonprofit organizations exempt from\n\ntaxation pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, 26\n\nU.S.C., Section 501(c)(3), whose primary purpose is providing vision\n\nscreenings to school age children in all seventy-seven counties in\n\nthis state.
