Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.18","heading":"Oklahoma Friends of the Capitol License Plate","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for the Oklahoma State Capitol Restoration\n\nLicense Plate shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma in the Oklahoma\n\nFriends of the Capitol License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nsubsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Friends of the Capitol License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Office of Management and Enterprise Services pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection A of this section. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\nrestoration of the Oklahoma State Capitol. Before the Office makes\n\nany expenditure from the fund, the expenditure shall be approved by\n\nthe State Capitol Preservation Commission created pursuant to\n\nSection 4102 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
