Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.19","heading":"Pancreatic Cancer Research License Plate Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by paragraph\n\n47 of subsection B of Section 1135.5 of this title for pancreatic\n\ncancer research license plates shall be deposited by Service\n\nOklahoma to the Pancreatic Cancer Research License Plate Revolving\n\nFund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Pancreatic Cancer Research License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nHealth pursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health to\n\nprovide grants to the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Pancreatic\n\nCancer Research Fund for the purpose of funding research into early\n\ndetection and treating and curing of pancreatic cancer in this\n\nstate. Expenditures from such fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Legislature hereby finds that the University of\n\nOklahoma Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund provides an\n\nimportant service to the inhabitants of this state as a community\n\nand further finds that the services performed by the University of\n\nOklahoma Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund are adequate\n\nconsideration for the funds received pursuant to this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"01801a6f47401cc02b300f7297ebc446b46632cf5d05cfb8afa8c2ae35bfa911","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.18","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
