Twenty-four Dollars ($24.00) of the fee authorized by\n\nSection 1135.5 of this title for environmental awareness license\n\nplates which are received each year by Service Oklahoma or its\n\nlicensed operators shall be deposited to the Environmental Education\n\nRevolving Fund created by this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Environmental Quality to be designated\n\nthe “Environmental Education Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all funds deposited therein pursuant to the provisions of\n\nsubsection A of this section.
