Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Alzheimer’s Research license plates shall\n\nbe deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Alzheimer’s Research License\n\nPlate Revolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Alzheimer’s Research License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nHealth pursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health for the\n\npurpose of providing grants to the Oklahoma Chapter of the\n\nAlzheimer’s Association for purposes of eliminating Alzheimer’s\n\ndisease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance\n\ncare and support those with Alzheimer’s and to reduce the risk of\n\ndementia through the promotion of brain health. Expenditures from\n\nsuch fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer\n\nagainst claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and\n\npayment.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Legislature hereby finds that the Alzheimer’s\n\nAssociation provides an important service to the inhabitants of this\n\nstate as a community and further finds that the services performed\n\nby the Alzheimer’s Association are adequate consideration for the\n\nfunds received pursuant to this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"92952e5207c664c3bbd12bb5c003cbf27a4b3a2ddc4e8720519a16adabfc017c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.21"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
