Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.21","heading":"Hospice and Palliative Care License Plate Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Hospice and Palliative Care license plates\n\nshall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Hospice and Palliative\n\nCare License Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B of this\n\nsection.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Hospice and Palliative Care License Plate Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the State\n\nDepartment of Health pursuant to subsection A of this section. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health\n\nfor the purpose of providing grants to the Oklahoma Hospice and\n\nPalliative Care Association for the purposes of leading the efforts\n\nto unify Oklahoma hospices with the resources and information that\n\nwill promote each hospice to provide quality hospice care to their\n\ncommunity. Expenditures from such fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Legislature hereby finds that the Oklahoma\n\nHospice and Palliative Care Association provides an important\n\nservice to the inhabitants of this state as a community and further\n\nfinds that the services performed by the Oklahoma Hospice and\n\nPalliative Care Association are adequate consideration for the funds\n\nreceived pursuant to this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"415936030584e314d2562866e44cb148b0dfc3c2589aea8e231caa1d6eda96a3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.20","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.22"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
