Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.22","heading":"Juvenile Diabetes Research License Plate Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of this title for Juvenile Diabetes Research license plates\n\nshall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the Juvenile Diabetes\n\nResearch License Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B of\n\nthis section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Health to be designated the\n\n“Juvenile Diabetes Research License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nHealth pursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the State Department of Health for the\n\npurpose of providing grants to the Oklahoma Chapters of the Juvenile\n\nDiabetes Research Foundation for purposes of finding a cure for type\n\n1 diabetes and its complications through the support of research and\n\nworking to develop new and better treatments to improve the lives of\n\npeople who have type 1 diabetes and keep them as healthy as\n\npossible. Expenditures from such fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Legislature hereby finds that the Juvenile\n\nDiabetes Research Foundation provides an important service to the\n\ninhabitants of this state as a community and further finds that the\n\nservices performed by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation are\n\nadequate consideration for the funds received pursuant to this\n\nsection.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"563c179a65e82cd602933a1717f0a5fe104ad1d5377249d05c9594cab0ff79ea","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.21","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
