Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.23","heading":"Deer Creek Schools Foundation License Plate Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for Deer Creek Schools\n\nFoundation license plates shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to\n\nthe Deer Creek Schools Foundation License Plate Revolving Fund\n\ncreated in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Education to be designated the\n\n“Deer Creek Schools Foundation License Plate Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the State\n\nDepartment of Education pursuant to subsection A of this section.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Education for the purpose of providing grants to the\n\nDeer Creek Schools Foundation for purposes of promoting and funding\n\nthe academic and artistic achievement of all students and teachers\n\nof Deer Creek Public Schools. Expenditures from such fund shall be\n\nmade upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nfiled as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Legislature hereby finds that the Deer Creek\n\nSchools Foundation provides an important service to the inhabitants\n\nof this state as a community and further finds that the services\n\nperformed by the Deer Creek Schools Foundation are adequate\n\nconsideration for the funds received pursuant to this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"86846ca26cdc38e91e1f6b92d874dff95923c77354d73eeb1df959fec704cd9b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.22","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.24"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
