Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) of the fee authorized by\n\nSection 1135.5 of this title for Lupus Awareness and Education\n\nlicense plates shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the\n\nOklahoma Lupus License Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B\n\nof this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund to be designated the “Oklahoma Lupus License Plate Revolving\n\nFund” and administered by the State Department of Health. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nHealth pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this section.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for the purpose of providing grants to the\n\nLupus Foundation of Oklahoma for the purpose of lupus awareness,\n\neducation, outreach, referral, research or treatment in this state.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Legislature hereby finds that the Lupus\n\nFoundation of Oklahoma provides an important service to the\n\ninhabitants of this state as a community and further finds that the\n\nservices performed by the Lupus Foundation of Oklahoma are adequate\n\nconsideration for the funds received pursuant to this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"40f47b70d4064e0264a7b4bf7e34c08619129c8f8778b2ccce43be9f9770dac3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.23","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
