Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1104.25","heading":"Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police License Plate","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nA. Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by paragraph\n\n51 of subsection B of Section 1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes for Chiefs of Police license plates shall be deposited by\n\nService Oklahoma to the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police\n\nLicense Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B of this\n\nsection.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Public Safety to be designated the\n\n“Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police License Plate Revolving\n\nFund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nState Department of Public Safety pursuant to subsection A of this\n\nsection. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Public Safety to assist with funding for training and\n\neducation for law enforcement agencies throughout the state.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0c3a862ccc108d0ce4576f03a83a4fc7ed2e4c23e663614aeccbd989b8c65559","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.24","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.26"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
