Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for Oklahoma Nurses\n\nlicense plates shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to the\n\nOklahoma Nurses License Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B\n\nof this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to be designated the\n\n“Oklahoma Nurses License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing for the purpose of\n\nproviding grants to the Oklahoma Nurses Foundation to fulfill its\n\nmission.
