Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for Piedmont Education\n\nFoundation license plates shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma to\n\nthe Piedmont Public Schools Education Foundation License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Education to be designated the\n\n“Piedmont Public Schools Education Foundation License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall consist of all monies received\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the State Department of Education for grants to the\n\nPiedmont Public Schools Education Foundation to fund scholarships\n\nand teacher grants to Piedmont School District’s students and\n\nteachers.
