Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the Prisoner of War\n\nand Missing in Action License Plate shall be deposited by Service\n\nOklahoma in the Prisoner of War and Missing in Action License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund created in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs to be\n\ndesignated the “Prisoner of War and Missing in Action License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Department pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of this\n\nsection. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\nany purpose related to Oklahoma residents who are American veterans.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fded67efedf51ad913337a4e7e1cceeda4220224d2bcbed7cb8ab1e0ba973a45","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.28","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-1104.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
