Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the Down Syndrome\n\nAssociation of Central Oklahoma license plates shall be deposited by\n\nService Oklahoma to the Down Syndrome Association of Central\n\nOklahoma License Plate Revolving Fund created in subsection B of\n\nthis section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Human Services to be designated the\n\n“Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma License Plate\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall consist of all monies received\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the State Department of Human Services for grants to\n\nthe Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma to raise awareness\n\nand provide resources, as well as promote acceptance and inclusion\n\nfor people with Down Syndrome.
