Twenty Dollars ($20.00) of the fee authorized by Section\n\n1135.5 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the Extraordinary\n\nEducators License Plate shall be deposited by Service Oklahoma in\n\nthe Extraordinary Educators License Plate Revolving Fund created in\n\nsubsection B of this section.\n\nB. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the State Department of Education to be designated the\n\n“Extraordinary Educators License Plate Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Department pursuant\n\nto the provisions of subsection A of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Department for the purpose of\n\nproviding grants to school superintendents for distribution to\n\neducators who propose extraordinary activities, projects or lessons\n\nfor students from kindergarten through eighth grade.
